What to do and Not to do before a session

Some things to keep in mind before the "big day"

What To Do:

  • Get a good night's sleep the night before the session.

  • Stay well hydrated. Drink water ahead of time for a brighter skin.

  • Bring multiple changes of clothing to maximize the variety of images.

  • Bring things to play with. Scarves, gloves and hats are accessories that always help and look great in photographs.

  • Try on the clothes that you are going to wear in the session to see if you feel good wearing them (lingerie, underwear, etc).

  • Prepare for the session by wearing something loose (tracksuit, no bra) to prevent elastic marks, jeans marks, etc. that are very difficult to touch up.

  • If you can, get a pedicure and manicure before the session (neutral colors better)

  • Be ready 15 minutes before the session

  • Music helps a lot and if you prefer we will use your favorite music! Please let us know what is your favorite music and we will prepare a playlist.

  • And finally, have fun!!! We will take care of the rest!

What Not To Do:

  • Don't cut your hair or make drastic changes before the session.

  • If you want to wax or shave do it a day before to avoid marks.

  • Avoid artificial tans before the session.

  • Avoid Botox or Collagen injections for at least a week before the session.
